Working Principle of Automatic Frozen Spring Roll Machine
1: Batter preparation and delivery: First pour the prepared spring roll skin batter into the batter storage container, and then transport it to the spring roll skin making area through the delivery pipe and pump
2: Spring roll skin making: There is usually a heating device, the most common one is the heating roller. After the spring roll skin is formed on the heating roller, it needs to be separated from the roller surface, which is usually done by a scraper device.
3: Filling: The quick frozen spring roll machine is equipped with a filling storage box, and the filling is transported from the storage box to the filling filling position through the delivery pipe. The quantitative device of the machine will control the filling amount according to the preset parameters.
4: Spring roll forming: After the spring roll skin filled with fillings arrives at the forming area, the forming device of the machine will roll the spring roll skin and fillings into the shape of a spring roll.
5: Quick freezing area: The formed spring rolls enter the quick freezing tunnel through the conveyor belt and are frozen to the required temperature in a very short time. The quick freezing tunnel usually uses liquid nitrogen or cold air freezing technology to ensure the quality and taste of the spring rolls.
