The pineapple freezer can lower the temperature of pineapple chunks in a short time, allowing the water inside the pineapple to quickly form ice crystals and freeze uniform.
It can freeze various forms of pineapples, including pineapple chunks, pineapple slices, pineapple cubes and other pineapple products of different shapes and specifications, thereby extending the shelf life of pineapples and making pineapples easier to transport and store.
Refrigeration Compressor: At the heart of the refrigeration system lies the compressor, tasked with the crucial role of increasing the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant by compressing it. The ongoing cycle of compression and circulation of the refrigerant ensures a steady supply of cooling for the freezer.
Condenser: The condenser, typically made up of an array of pipes and heat sinks, serves to dissipate heat by cooling the high temperature, high pressure refrigerant vapor that has been expelled from the compressor. In this process, it converts the vapor back into a high temperature, high pressure liquid, thereby releasing a significant quantity of heat.
Expansion Valve: The expansion valve in the pineapple frozen machine is located between the condenser and the evaporator. When the high-temperature, high-pressure liquid refrigerant flows through this valve, the pressure will suddenly drop and the temperature will also drop rapidly, forming a low-temperature, low-pressure gas-liquid mixture.
Evaporator: This key component of the refrigeration system is where the direct contact with the pineapple chunks occurs. As the low-temperature, low pressure refrigerant within the evaporator evaporates, it absorbs heat, which in turn lowers the temperature surrounding the pineapple chunks. This process is essential for achieving the desired freezing effect.
Efficient and uniform freezing: Compared with traditional freezing methods, this quick freezer can reduce the core temperature of pineapple chunks to a suitable freezing temperature in a short time, thus ensuring that all parts are frozen evenly.
Maintain quality: Since the ice crystals formed during the quick freezing process are small, they will not cause much damage to the pineapple cells. Both pineapples and pineapple chunks can maintain a good taste and texture.
Sanitary and safe: Pineapple chunk frozen machine are usually made of food-grade materials and are easy to clean and disinfect. The internal conveyor belt and other parts that contact the pineapple chunks can be cleaned regularly to prevent bacterial growth and cross contamination.
