Liquid nitrogen quick freezer: Liquid nitrogen can be evenly sprayed around the peaches through pipes and nozzles. When the peaches enter the quick freezing chamber, the liquid nitrogen vaporizes quickly, absorbs a large amount of heat, and causes the temperature of the peaches to drop sharply.
The amount of liquid nitrogen sprayed is determined according to the weight of the peaches and the size of the quick freezing chamber. The residence time of the peaches in the quick freezing chamber is short, usually 3-10 minutes, depending on the size and quantity of the peaches.
Spiral quick freezer: The air temperature inside the quick freezer is reduced to about -30℃ through components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators. The peaches are placed on a spiral conveyor belt, which slowly rotates and rises at a certain speed.
In the spiral quick freezer, different peach freezing making machine for sale also have differences. Usually, the residence time of peaches is relatively long. The freezing degree of peaches can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the conveyor belt and the circulation speed of the cold air.
Fluidized quick freezer: cold air is delivered to the bottom of the bed through the fan and flows upward evenly through the air permeable plate. The peaches are placed on the air permeable plate. When the flow rate of the cold air reaches a certain level, the peaches are lifted by the airflow to form a fluidized state.
The temperature of the cold air is generally between - 30℃ and - 40℃, and the flow rate is adjusted according to the size and weight of the peaches. In this state, the peaches are fully in contact with the cold air, and the heat exchange efficiency is extremely high.
