Double Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine

Frozen Fruit Vacuum Packaging Machine Working Principle

  • Feeding: Put the items to be packaged into the packaging bag, and then place the packaging bag on the conveyor belt of the chamber or at a designated position.
  • Vacuuming: Close the chamber sealing door, start the vacuum pump, and start to extract the air in the chamber to reach the set vacuum degree in the chamber. During the vacuuming process, the air in the packaging bag is also extracted, thereby realizing the vacuum packaging of the items.
  • Heat sealing: When the chamber reaches the predetermined vacuum degree, the heat sealing device starts to seal the packaging bag. By heating and applying pressure, the sealing part of the packaging bag is melted and bonded together to form a sealed package.
  • Cooling and air return: After the heat seal is completed, the cooling stage is entered to cool and solidify the sealing part to ensure the firmness of the seal. After the cooling is completed, the chamber begins to return air to restore the pressure in the chamber to normal atmospheric pressure so that the chamber door can be opened to take out the packaged product.
  • Cycle: While one chamber is carrying out the above packaging process, the other chamber can carry out preparation work such as loading. The two chambers work alternately to achieve continuous vacuum packaging operations.

Advantages of Double Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine

Alternating work to improve efficiency: There are two vacuum chambers that can be used alternately. When one vacuum chamber is performing vacuuming, sealing and other operations, the other vacuum chamber can perform bagging and other preparations. It can operate in a continuous cycle, greatly improving packaging efficiency, which is about 50% more efficient than a single-chamber vacuum packaging machine.

Shorten waiting time: After completing the packaging process in one vacuum chamber, you can immediately switch to another prepared vacuum chamber for the next round of packaging. There is no need to wait for bagging and other operations to be completed before starting vacuuming and other processes like a single-chamber packaging machine.

High vacuum degree ensures quality: usually equipped with a high-power vacuum pump, which can achieve a high vacuum degree in the packaging bag in a short time, effectively extract air, reduce the contact between oxygen and frozen avocado pieces, prevent oxidation and mildew, and better maintain its taste, color and nutrients.

Firm and tight sealing: with precise heat sealing control technology, it can achieve uniform and firm sealing, and the sealing width and strength can be adjusted to ensure that the packaging bag is well sealed, prevent air leakage, and prevent the outside air and moisture from entering the packaging bag to affect the product quality.

Simple operation: It mostly adopts a color screen touch operation interface, which is friendly to human-computer interaction and intuitive and easy to operate. The staff can master it after simple training, and can easily set parameters such as vacuum time, heat sealing time, vacuum degree, etc.
