Main production process: Batter making → Spring roll wrapper making → filling preparation → folding and forming → quick freezing → packaging and storage
Quick frozen spring roll production line is specially designed for quick freezing. From ingredient preparation to final packaging of frozen spring rolls, every link ensures high-quality spring roll production in a precise and efficient manner. Our quick freezing technology can lock in the freshness and flavor of spring rolls and is suitable for production of all sizes.
Put flour, salt and other additives in a mixing container and dry mix them first to evenly distribute the ingredients. Then slowly add water and turn on the mixing device at medium to low speed. The mixed batter needs to be left to stand for a while and then filtered through a fine mesh to make the spring roll wrapper more delicate and smooth.
Put the raw materials into a mixer in a certain proportion and stir them into a uniform batter. Use automated equipment to form a thin spring roll skin. Arrange the formed spring roll skin so that the size and shape of the spring roll skin meet the production standards of the frozen spring roll production line.
Choose high-quality fresh vegetables, meat, and additional ingredients that adhere to the required standards. Combine and blend them in a specific ratio and recipe, and incorporate seasonings to ensure a consistent flavor throughout the filling.
The most important thing about quick frozen spring roll production line is forming. Place the prepared spring roll skin on the conveyor belt, and use automated equipment to evenly place the appropriate amount of filling on the spring roll skin. Use mechanical devices or manual labor to fold or roll up the spring roll skin and wrap the filling in it.
Put the formed spring roll into the quick freezing equipment, reduce the center temperature of the spring roll to below -18℃ in a very short time, and freeze the spring roll quickly to maintain the freshness and taste of the spring roll.
Packaging the frozen spring rolls, using appropriate packaging materials and packaging methods to ensure that the spring rolls produced by the frozen spring roll production line are not contaminated or damaged during storage and transportation.
